Musashi Care Academy has launched a new learning system this autumn for non-native students.
We provide continuous support for Japanese language education, incorporating the educational know-how gained from practical training courses and the expertise needed to pass the national exam for certified care workers, ensuring that the education quality remains consistent and not left solely to on-site experience.

Musashi has now become a registered support organization. Instead of leaving continuous education entirely to the field, we believe that by providing support, we can offer an environment where everyone can work more enjoyably.
Our mission at Musashi is to create an environment where staff can focus on providing care to users, acting as a hub that can care for the community to that extent.
